The room was spacious and clean. The
pool area was simply delightful. We appreciated Nancy's dedicated service, but we would have liked better options for dining on-site. Overall, a lovely experience that we would recommend to families and friends.

Great spot for family gatherings
The pool layout was amazing with fire pits that they lit up for us at night it created such a cozy vibe. Also had fresh clean linens every day and Nancy kept everything running smoothly just awesome service.
It wasn't exactly affordable but worth it.

I loved the location in the middle of Valle de Guadalupe. The architecture of Hacienda Los Olivos really caught my eye. The modern decor throughout the property has a nice touch. We felt very safe during our visit, and the security is top-notch. One of my favorite moments was enjoying the jacuzzi and firepits at night. it created a cozy atmosphere. Nancy, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The suite was clean, and having water bottles provided was a nice touch. However, the room had a few inconveniences. We dealt with lukewarm water on the first day due to propane issues. The beds felt quite stiff, and the pillows weren't comfortable. There were no marks indicating that the wine in the room was for purchase, which led to some confusion. Also, getting to the hotel involved bumpy dirt roads, which can be a hassle. Despite these issues, the stay was enjoyable overall.
